Cancellation Policy

Textures Salon knows that emergencies happen, However we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. All Services over $100 require a 50% deposit for bookings. Any cancellation less than 24 hours or no shows to their appointments will result in loss of deposit. In the event that the stylist can fill that appointment time, your deposit will be refunded.

Chemical Services

A waiver must be signed prior to receiving services. Anyone under the age of 18 will need parental consent to receive services.

*Please note that we suggest changing your clothes before coming to your appointment, we are not responsible for clothing that is damaged due to chemicals used to treat your hair. 

Hair Fix Services

All services are non-refundable. Please let us know within 7 days if you are unhappy with your service and we will fix your hair at no cost (same service only). Any additional service or change will be an additional charge.

No Show Policy

All appointments over $100 will be required to place a deposit to book appointments. 3 no shows: client will be asked to call day of only or be placed as a walk in only.

Bookings/Hours

Please see salon hours for bookings via phone or book online. Please respect our staff by booking within salon hours. We ask that you do not contact stylists via social media or texting outside of salon hours.

Tipping Policy

As of July 1, 2023, we are no longer accepting tips on credit cards. Venmo or cash only.

Children

All children must be accompanied by a parent to receive service. The salon is a dangerous place for little children with sharp and hot tools. We ask that all children not receiving services remain supervised by a parent in the waiting area. Parents receiving services are asked that their children be supervised by another parent or guardian.
