Jess has always been interested in all things beauty. She grew up watching, and following along with, YouTube tutorials on makeup, hair, clothing etc. In high school Jess worked as a receptionist to really get a feel for the salon life. While attending Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy she found a new skill that she fell in love with, lash extensions, and soon after got certified to do them. Jess is fresh out of school and eager to expand her education in the salon, while beginning to grow her clientele. Her favorite thing about the industry is the ability to make connections with her clients and have them feeling beautiful inside and out. Outside of the salon, Jess enjoys listening to music, going out with friends, and being home with her family and pets.

Sarah always dreamed of being a hairstylist as a young girl. Working in salons since 2019, Sarah began her journey in the beauty industry as a receptionist and quickly fell in love with the salon environment. While attending cosmetology school at Cosmix School of Beauty Sciences, she assisted alongside master stylists and worked hard to build a clientele of her own. Now as a licensed cosmetologist, she specializes in blonding, balayage, and makeup artistry. Her passion for creating art while making people feel beautiful inside and out is what fuels her drive to constantly continue her education and stay up to date on all of the latest trends. Her favorite thing about being a hairstylist is building connections with her clients. Outside of the salon, Sarah loves to hike, visit new restaurants, and listen to her favorite podcasts.

Debbie has been a hair artist for over 20 years. She is professionally trained and accomplished in Fine Foiling, Creative Coloring, Balayage, Precision Cutting, as well as the Keratin Smoothing System. When she’s not in the salon, Debbie enjoys being outdoors and often finds inspiration in the beauty of nature. Combining her passion for creativity and her love for her work she strives to make her clients’ visions a reality.

Katie first acquired her Bachelor’s in Business Management before attending Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy. She has been in the cosmetology industry for over 11 years, both as a hairstylist and salon manager. She finds joy and fulfillment in making her clients truly happy- giving them a wearable, low maintenance, and healthy desired look. She specializes in Keratin smoothing treatments, and loves seeing the transformation and happiness of her clients. Educating and being transparent with her clients on what is going on with their hair is extremely important. That includes the subject of androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness), of which she can guide you through your concerns and needs. In her personal life, Katie enjoys working out in the garden or on home improvement projects with her husband and dog. Additionally, she loves stand-up comedy shows, reading, attempting to play the piano, and good food.

Beth has worked in the beauty industry since 2004 and has been a successful hair artist for 16 years. With a Masters in cosmetology and now Summit Salon Business Certified, Beth has the knowledge & experience that it takes to be a successful salon owner. With extensive experience in customer service and the service industry, Beth brought what she had to offer to Clinton, MA. “When working on my own, I was becoming overwhelmed with all of the new clients requesting my business, and needed help! I wanted to grow an amazing team of stylists right out of school, and aid in their success.” I am thrilled to be one of the only salons in my area to train newly licensed salon professionals right out of school and to give them a chance to make their dream a reality. Their success is my success.” Beth received her Redken Master specialist training in NYC at Redken5thAvenue and is also an in-salon educator who trains her team to give the ultimate guest experience to her Salon & Spa. When she is not in the salon, she enjoys time with her family, going to Maine on the weekends, going out to dinner with her amazing husband Ryan, and spending time with her adorable Golden Retriever Bear and two cats Piper and Bruin. As owner, Beth will no longer be taking new clients.
